Both parents saved.

Grandparents.

Emergency services.

He abused the privilege sometimes.

Called me because his mother bought the wrong cereal.

Called her because I made him go to bed.

Shared custody.

Modern warfare.

We handled it.

No punishment for calling.

Reasonable boundaries around misuse.

“Dad says no ice cream.”

She answered:

“Then no ice cream.”

He looked betrayed.
